Just because there's a "game" on Saturday doesn't mean that you can't come game with us! After Iowa State beats the Hawkeyes, come whine about it at GAMES! @ BRBC, this Saturday, September 12th, from 3-9pm.

This month we'll have the usual food and fun, including a new Prize Vault option: Colosseum. Bring your own favorite games to play or join up with somebody else to play something you haven't tried yet.

We'll have a special guest in the kitchen, one of the co-creators of the GAMES! events: Chila Woychik. Come hungry or bring your own food with you, but come game with us either way. We look forward to seeing you Saturday!

If you weren't there, you missed a really good time. We had 30 people show up and there were tons of different games played, including Starfarers of Catan and Settlers of Catan, Small World, Powerboats, Phase 10, Ticket To Ride, Stone Age, Race For The Galaxy and more.

Brian won the door prize drawing and picked up a copy of the Ticket To Ride Card Game. Pizza and desserts were popular again and we ate up most of what we had available.

September's event will again be on the second Saturday, so mark September 12th from 3-9pm on your calendar. With summer winding down and school right around the corner, vacations will no longer be a good enough excuse not to come. ;)

It feels like summer is winding down, but that doesn't mean there's no time left for games. In fact, the time has come once again for GAMES! @ BRBC. We'll be playing games of all sorts this Saturday, August 8th, plus we'll have yummy food and a free door prize.

The new game in the Prize Vault this month is the latest expansion for Settlers Of Catan: Traders & Barbarians. Entry is completely free and the winner is drawn during the event, so there's no reason not to drop by and try to win yourself a new game.

I have reason to believe that we'll have some cool dexterity games again this month, plus the usual plethora of board and card games, as well as ping pong and foosball. Come join us from 3-9pm and have fun!
