It's here again, this Saturday, from 3-9pm. We'll do the usual board games, card games and party games; bring your favorite games and your favorite people. There will be another brand new game to give away and fun people to game with. Join us and be one of them! See ya there!

Our first event in 2013 was well attended (25 people) and lots of fun. It was a hungry bunch and we quickly ran out of pizza (oops). I played Agents of SMERSH, Poison and The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. Although I was distracted and didn't pay close attention, I'm sure other people played stuff too (I did see at least King of Tokyo and Bang! get played).

Andy's name came up in the prize drawing (this is the third time he's won since we started GAMES! @ BRBC) and he went home with a new copy of Power Struggle. I've still got more good games in queue to give away, so make sure to join us next month and you could be a winner.

Next month's event is set for February 9th, 3-9pm so get it on your calendar now and plan around it; you won't regret it. See you then!

Back once again for 2013, it's GAMES! @ BRBC. We'll be opening the doors for you to come play your favorite board games, card games or family games this Saturday from 3-9pm. As usual, it will be a warm place to be with a welcoming atmosphere and an open house style; you can bring your own games or play one of the many available, and you can come and go as you wish. Be sure to enter the (free) door prize drawing and you might even go home with a brand new board game.

Now that Mr. Baby is a few weeks older, I'm planning to host the event personally, and the new little guy may even make an appearance. If you like games or babies, you won't want to miss the January GAMES! event. Even if you can't make it this month, you can put the rest of the year's events on your calendar now and plan to join us at least once in 2013; you might even want to add that to your list of New Year's Resolutions (it's easier than losing weight or quitting a bad habit).
