It's a week late this month (as planned), but we're still having GAMES! this Saturday, from 3-9pm. There will be the usual board games, card games, strategy games, family games and party games; your games, my games, old games and new games. Come with your friends, your family, or by yourself, just come enjoy a fun afternoon/evening with us playing your favorite game or learning a new one. You might even win one. We'll see you Saturday.

With an attendance of only 11 people today, we were few but not far between. We had a solid day of gaming, including 7 Wonders, Daytona 500, Carcassonne, Powerboats, Mississippi Queen, and others.

Jacob won our door prize drawing (his fourth time since GAMES! started) and took home Bang! The Bullet. There's another card-based game going in for next time.

Speaking of next time, please note the irregular schedule of the third Saturday for next month, August 17th, from 3-9pm. We needed to work around the Cleaning Up Cancer Carnival to raise funds for the nonprofit organization Time In A Bottle (email Shanna or comment below if you want information about the carnival, because it's open to the public and you're invited). Anyway, join us next month for GAMES! and let's see if we can at least double the turnout.

We were on vacation and I totally spaced off posting my usual notifications about this month's event. Today's event (July 13th, 3-9pm) is still on, rain or shine, and will be just as awesome as GAMES! always is. Grab a game or a friend (or both) and come play.
